Warrant from William Hazard, Warden to Town Sargent Mathew Grinold to notify the freemen of the town to appear at the house of James Carr to qualify men to sit in the general assembly to be held in Newport in May also to draw jurors to server on Inferior Court of Common Pleas in Newport on the last Monday in May. Also to put in a proxy vote for general officers, as well as any other business that the town shall think necessary.
