En. Except (?) (signed) Job Watson."
Note in pencil on copy reads: "This was the Point Farm at the northern tip of the island. Job Watson was the tenant there in 1784. He bought this farm in 1792 from [Catherine & Daniel Putnam]. The southern boundary of the Point Farm coincides appr. with Winona Ver. in Conanicut Park."
