(7 items) Correspondence and a deed which relates to the purchase of lots 34, 35, and 36 at Conanciut Park in 1927. There is a letter, dated Sept. 23, 1927 to Mrs. Duncan Hunter (Abby) from Henry F. Lippitt suggesting that she sell her lot to Mr. Murdock, who is buying a lot from him for $50. This letter also contains an envelope addressed to Mrs. Duncan Hunter at York Harbor, Maine. There is a letter dated 9/17/27 from WWW at Sailors Haven, Jamestown to Dear Madam (presumably Abby Hunter) and refers the Lippitt holdings at Conanicut Park and the offer of the backers of the Golf Club development. The sale could be done by the mail and involved lots owned by her, Henry and Charlie. There is also a deed, dated 11/10/1927: the seller is Abby Frances Lippitt Hunter and the buyer is Albert W. Murdock of Cranston, RI. These papers were donated By Duncan Doolittle, a descendent of Henry Lippitt.
