East Ferry Fog Horn. This siren was at East Ferry for many years before the opening of the bridge from Jamestown to Newport. When the weather was foggy, the Purser would turn it on and it would send intermittant wails that would help the ferry boat Captain find his way into the slip. It was no longer needed after the bridge opened in 1969. It is bolted down to a board and accompanied by an activation switch.

Model of ferryboat "Jamestown" made by a crew member of the Jamestown & Newport Ferry Company for Capt. Henry M. Fillmore, according to the donor. This is a model of the first "Jamestown" ferryboat and has a paddlewheel design. A photo of this item and a story about the Fillmore donation appeared in the Jamestown Press of Jan. 5, 2006.
